I sat in a couple cars, a Jetta and a Passage, but wasn't wowed by the car's themselves. Working with both Bryan and Mary, we tracked down the car I wanted, a 2016 NISSAN Altima. I fell in love with this car on a business trip, and they had access to one. I got it at a great price, and had nothing but exceptional service from both Mary and Bryan. Why else would I buy a Nissan off a Volkswagen dealer?! I highly recommend this place, Mary treated me like a person, not a sale and made my car buying experience so comfortable. Disrespectful service manager The service manager for Audi is so disrespectfull. Really really poor customer service from him. When I manager from an Audi dealership used the word "SHUT-UP" twice in the conversation with his customer, that's not professional AT ALL!! When I'm calling in a peaceful mind to find a solution for the mistake they made and I had to pay the price for their mistake. I'm not happy this service at all and not body will be happy with his attitude at all!! More
