Positive first experience buying from a dealer For my previous vehicle I had purchased through private sale by owner, and I don't think I would ever go back to that after my experience with Jordan For my previous vehicle I had purchased through private sale by owner, and I don't think I would ever go back to that after my experience with Jordan at St. James VW/Audi. I was looking for a specific make/model of car, and although originally I needed to sell my current vehicle first, Jordan was helpful and willing to help in all ways possible, even though this was totally outside what he was required to do! When I finally sold my vehicle, he was quick to help me and I was able to come in next day to look at a vehicle I was interested in. The process was quick and easy, and the fact that Jordan is willing to communicate through text (not just phone call/email) was awesome for a young person who is working awkward hours and can't always respond to a phone call. I'm in love with my new car, and would recommend this dealership, and ESPECIALLY this salesperson to anyone I know. He's a totally awesome, nice, and funny guy too! More
