It was a great experience. Used 2016 Golf. From the moment I first walked in, to the time I signed on the line, my experience at St. James VW was great. I had an idea of what I wanted and what information I was looking for, but that changed about three different times over the course of a week before I finally decided on a used 2016 Golf. Each time I had a change of mind, or when I needed more information, Jordan was more than happy to answer my questions, explain my options, and give me the numbers so I could think about them. I also talked with Mary when Jordan wasn't working, and she was able to pass along the information and help get me the answers I was looking for. When I had finally decided on what I was looking for, Jordan was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, a used 2016 Golf with low KMs and a fantastic price. There was no pressure whatsoever, I was able to take some time and collect my thoughts before deciding to commit. Once I told Jordan that I wanted, he was able to draw the paperwork up quite quickly and get me set up with the finance manager Brittany. My phone was having a hard time sending some documents that I needed, but Brittany was very patient and it all worked out in the end. She explained some protection options, but once again there was no pressure. As soon as my financing was approved, she emailed me and let me know what documents she needed before I could pick up the car. Like I said before, It was a great experience. No pressure, friendly people, and I ended up very happy with the deal I received. More

Excellent Experience All Around! We were car shopping because we had a 2012 Golf TDI. We met Siming Wang when we stopped by St. James VW and we are so glad we did. His relaxed, no pressure style won us over immediately! Siming was very knowledgable of the situation we were in, which was also very helpful. Siming listened to what we wanted and presented us with some options which we were very happy with. The service we received from Siming, the quality of VW cars, and the amazing interest rate options were too good to pass up! We chose to finance our vehicle, since the interest rates were so good (0%), so we also had the pleasure of working with Brittany Adair. Brittany was also very welcoming, no-pressure, and very organized. We really appreciated being able to contact Brittany by email and getting quick responses every time. We have been driving the new car for a week now and we're loving it! The overall experience we had at St. James VW was excellent! I have already passed Siming's contact info onto a friend of mine who is looking for a new vehicle and I would do it again. Buying a new car can be a really frustrating experience, but every step of the way with Siming, Brittany, and St. James VW was outstanding! More
