Sales support without match. I was referred to St James Volkswagen and specifically to Guy Delisle. I was looking for a new or used (newer, low KM) VW Beetle. Guy was exceptiona I was referred to St James Volkswagen and specifically to Guy Delisle. I was looking for a new or used (newer, low KM) VW Beetle. Guy was exceptionally helpful and noted he would try to find a newer used Beetle for me if required and provided excellent assistance in showing me the 2017 Beetle Classic. I loved the Beetle, but wasn’t a huge fan of the Classic trim. So we looked for a Dune trim version and Guy arranged for one locally and searched nationally for one in my preferred colour. As shipping in the gold Dune would be quite expensive I went with the locally available white. It is awesome! Guy provided a straight forward and no BS attitude/approach. He helped me find what I wanted, ensured it was what I was looking for and arranged for fair price for the new Beetle and for a very fair price for my trade in. The Delivery Coordinator, Nick Assuras, walked me through all the features of the vehicle before I took possession and made sure I was aware of all the great features. He explained the service recommendations very thoroughly. He also noted that if I had any questions in the future I could contact him for help. The financial person, Brendan Parry, provided excellent support and service in finding the right payment plan for me, as well as arranging the most favourable interest rate available. Although not normally a purchaser of additional warranty, Brendan provided a great description of what VW has available and in the end I did increase my warranty to cover my payment period. The dealership also added in floor mats, something I have always had to purchase from every other dealer I have ever dealt with.
