First trip to nissan Went to Nissan in st.catharines as I was just starting to look for a new vehicle,no particular reason to go there ,just to look. I was greeted by Jordan with a friendly smile and a hand shake.We sat down and talked it out to see what I was looked for,went for a test drive and didn't take long for Jordan to know what I was looking for.I lifted that day as I wanted a better deal. Jordan did everything he could to get me into that one vehicle he knew I wanted. We bought our Nissan Pathfinder a couple months ago from this dealership and have been totally satisfied with the car but more importantly with the buying experience. The staff was amazing and friendly especially our sales person Chris. The best part is that their dedication to great service and customer appreciation continues long after the sale. Just yesterday was in the area of the dealership and just stopped by to inflate a low tire in their service bay. Service department was closed but out came Chris who without hesitation got the air hose up and running to inflate the tire. Then to make things even better he offered to wash the car with his colleague while still being in his clean suit. I can say I am totally impressed with this dealership and their staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Nissan. Worth the extra drive to St. Catharines More
