The Service Department is always Amazing. Charles Tam (Assistant Service Manager) went above and beyond to help me when I locked my keys, purse and phone in my car, a few blocks from Honda. The Service Department was closed but Charles was still there. He looked up my car, saw I still had Roadside Assistance, he called, gave them with my info then I talked to them. Someone arrived just over an hour later and unlocked my car. Without Charles's help I don't know what I would of done, I couldn't call anyone without my phone. Thanks so much to Charles for his help!! More
