update I received a call from Spelmer Chrysler stating they looked into my complaint I had put on the internet. I appreciate that they sent me a cheque in the amount of $64.41 plus an apology which I received on Feb 4th, 2015. I changed my rating and advise if you are unhappy with the service ask for the owner Jason Spelmer to voice your complaint since when I complained at the service desk about the upcharge that is as far as it went.
