"Acura/Honda Service Disappointment"

This has nothing to do with the dealership or people but I find it bad service from Acura/Honda that a recall of the right taillight is fixed but the left taillight that has the same problem is not fixed. You would think that grown-ups, service personnel, mechanics etc, would be allowed to let the manufacturer know about this shortcoming. Maybe it is time to see if another manufacturer reacts better.

"A1 Service on my MDX"

Stephen is very knowledgeable and helpful. Explains exactly what they are going to do and how much it will cost. I had to remind him that I have no charge oil changes for 5 years and also the price for tire rotation was going to be higher than advertised online. He adjusted the price without question. I appreciate that he wiped down any areas that I was likely to touch in order to prevent the spread of the corona virus. The car was also did a great job.

"Seasonal Tire Change amid Covid-19"

The appointment was scheduled as a response to a comment made in a Facebook post. I received a call within 30 minutes of the post to schedule the appointment. I arrived to drop off my RDX and pick up the loaner. The process was thoughtful for sanitizing and respectful of physical distancing and efficient. Within 20 minutes I was driving away in the loaner car. I was offered rock chip repair as part of the service. Steven contacted me to tell me it was ready to pick up. Again the hand off of the loaner and my car was quick price was reasonable and details of service was explained clearly.

Very happy with seeing Mary at service and for the service tech who also fixed some of the rattling noise I had in my car. Wanted to say a big thank you to Mary though for being so understanding and doing what she can to make sure I leave happy. Thanks!! Also Im glad the loaners don’t have the giant courtesy sticker on them. Looks a lot better, more luxurious.

"very positive experience with Acura dealership"

We bought our first Acura MDX in 2001 before the south side Acura dealership existed. As soon as it was open we started bringing our car for maintenance there because it is much closer the our house. Since then it was always a very positive experience. Steven and Mary are very helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean, spacious and have a small coffee/tea station for the clients . The free car wash option after any service, even if it is just a tire change is very convenient. And now in the mid of Covid -19 pandemic there are hand sanitizers everywhere in the facility and the chairs and tables in the waiting area are cleaned quite often. Thank you, Acura.
