Service Excellence Last week I purchased a new Acura RDX from Southview Acura in Edmonton. The Agent I dealt with is Cory. He is a relatively new employee at the Dealers Last week I purchased a new Acura RDX from Southview Acura in Edmonton. The Agent I dealt with is Cory. He is a relatively new employee at the Dealership. As soon as I walk through the door, Cory greeted me and asked how he could help. Before I left we concluded the deal. He kept me updated on the progress on the preperation of the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle two days later, Cory had all of the paper work ready. He also drove me to the nearest Resistry to get my plate and installed it himself. By the way, he drove to my home to pick up the vehicle.. I couldn't ask for better service. I recommend Cory and this Dealership to anyone interested in getting an Acura. More

Great help from 2 employees Had an issue with my roof racks and stopped at Dealership today. Talked to the Ass't Parts Mgr as these guys usually know everything. He did offer some advised but just to be sure he came to my truck and had a look. He said again he just wanted to be certain so he went and got ahold of "Ed" young fellow who I was told wears many hats at the Dealership and does some of these installs initially among many other things. He showed me what and how to do it and that was it. 10 minutes later I was on my way. It was near time for these guys to go home but they took the time to help me which I found most gratifying. Way to go guys....you really came to the rescure. More
