I was recently paralyzed in a cycling accident and wanted a small, fun summer car that I could get my wheelchair into and wasn't a minivan...I'm a par I was recently paralyzed in a cycling accident and wanted a small, fun summer car that I could get my wheelchair into and wasn't a minivan...I'm a paraplegic, not dead. The whole team worked really hard to get me into the right car, they went out of their way to research hand control options and once I made the decision on the controls I wanted they sent the car out to have the chosen equipment installed. Once the car was modified they even applied $1000 (provided by the VW Canada adaptive equipment program) towards the cost of the needed modifications. I can't say I'm an easy customer to deal with, I'm very selective and demanding but they worked with me through the process and at no time did I ever feel pressured nor did I ever feel as if I wasn't completely in control of my purchase. I found that even those staff members who weren't directly involved in my purchase decision were incredibly helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this dealership to anyone in my condition, I'm also certain this won't be the last vehicle I purchase form Southgate VW! More

Great Service Although the price I paid to have quite a bit of stuff fixed on my car made me a bit irate, the lady that helped me at the service counter kept her co Although the price I paid to have quite a bit of stuff fixed on my car made me a bit irate, the lady that helped me at the service counter kept her cool and the service department through in a few extras as they knew the cost was going to hit me a bit I think. The people at the front desk were very professional and were very nice to me even though I was not really in a good mood after seeing the price tag for my car to be fixed. I feel that overall the issue I brought my car in for was gixed as my car did not stall today and it was 22 degrees Celsius out. Great job everyone keep up the good work. More

xxxxty service I booked an appointment and once I got there (from out of town) they said there was no record on an appointment, but yet the parts I ordered the day I I booked an appointment and once I got there (from out of town) they said there was no record on an appointment, but yet the parts I ordered the day I booked were in. The lady who we were dealing with seemed quite rude and when I asked about an issue I was having with my vehicle she gave me the wrong information. They said they gave me a free wash and it did have water droplets on it but the car was filthy as I just drove it into town for my service and the car was still covered in bugs( after they washed it) so I left the dealer and went and washed my car. Keep in mind this is a 2015 vehicle that was in for first time service and I was charged $900.00 but did pay $ 300:00 for a broken lens. Thanks but no thanks. More
