The inside of the windshield was oily and i suspect it was improperly cleaned. Impossible to see through in the morning light, and took some effort to clean off. Hardly a sales fault. Have not had a service yet, 11500km away from first scheduled one. Cannot rate on service. More

Quick service even without an appointment Around 1:00 pm my engine malfunction indicator illuminated. I drove the car straight to Southgate VW and was greeted promptly by Chris in the service Around 1:00 pm my engine malfunction indicator illuminated. I drove the car straight to Southgate VW and was greeted promptly by Chris in the service bay. He indicated they would attempt to fix my vehicle that day. I was offered a shuttle ride to where I wanted to go. Even though I had no appointment the service department diagnosed the trouble with my vehicle within an hour and called to inform me what they would need to do to fix it. After they received verbal authorization the service technicians had my car ready for pick-up by 4 pm that afternoon. When I picked up my vehicle it had been even been washed for me. Cindy was very pleasant cashier. More
