Speedy I brought my car in without an appointment and they were able to get it back to me in a timely fashion. Battery Change and Winter Servicing On November 12, I experienced a failing battery. I called the service center and requested a battery replacement. Within minutes, they had arranged On November 12, I experienced a failing battery. I called the service center and requested a battery replacement. Within minutes, they had arranged for an appointment within a couple of hours. When I took the vehicle in, the service technician determined that the battery did indeed require replacement. She linked my earlier request for winterization with the battery replacement and indicated that the work could be completed by 4:00pm on the same day. I requested a service vehicle as I needed transportation during the day. This was readily agreed to and provided at no charge. I received a call at about 2:00pm indicating that the work was completed, in spite of the fully-booked schedule in the service department. More
