The full experience started with us researching a Jeep online, and I reached out via the Jeep website, to ask if we could come to take a look. We were welcomed into the dealer and met with Brandon to get some info about the vehicle. I think the whole process from the very start to finish may have been 3 weeks, no concerns at the time of sale, financing, and vehicle pickup. I had my vehicle in for oil change and car detailing and that was fine but they performed a tire rotation and peace of mind package which I didn’t ask for and tried to charge me I call customer service and that was fine but they performed a tire rotation and peace of mind package which I didn’t ask for and tried to charge me I call customer service and complained. From day 1 I have nothing but bad service I will no longer go to this location to service my Jeep very very disappointed with the service I received. More
