This was the first time since purchasing my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan in June that I had service done at Southbank. With 5500Kms I brought it in for the first oil change , mounting and installing snow tir Grand Caravan in June that I had service done at Southbank. With 5500Kms I brought it in for the first oil change , mounting and installing snow tires and adjustments to the rear doors. I was very pleased with my reception and Tyler was excellant in advising me of the options re purchasing rims for my snow tires and his explanation of procedures at Southbank. The only criticism I have is that it seemed to take excessively long....approximately 3 1/2 hours. Since I had an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early I was surprised it took so long. Perhaps advising me of the estimated time at the beginning or as time passed would have been helpful. I look forward to many more service visits to Southbank as I was very pleased with Tyler and the service people, with the one critique discussed above. Please be aware I prefer to have good and complete service to "fast" service but I feel this was a bit long for the service required. More

Je suis très dessus du service que j'ai reçu chez Southbank! J'ai pris rendez-vous (je ne suis pas arrivé à l'improviste) a 9h00 AM pour un changement d'huile à moteur et frein en plus de quelques vé Southbank! A 11h30, je me suis dit qu'il y avait surement un peu de xxxxxx... A 12h30 je suis allé voir ce qui se passait, j'étais affamé et inquiet pour mes rendez-vous personnels en après-midi, j'allais être en xxxxxx! Et voilà qu'on me dit que rien n'a encore été fait sur ma voiture. On m'a oublié !!! Je suis donc reparti, après avoir perdu toute mon avant midi et une bonne partie de l'après midi (j'habite a 40 minutes de la) et rien n'a été fait sur ma voiture! Et ce n'est pas la première fois que cela m'arrive là-bas. Au mois de juin, on m'a dit que je sortirais du garage vers 13h00, mais j'ai quitté a 16h30 !!! Le pire dans tout ça c'est que j'ai un service de changement d'huile a vie chez eux. Je suis donc forcé d'y retourner ou de perdre mon investissement car je ne peux le faire transférer ailleurs! Oui, on doit vraiment rire de moi là-bas! Ne prenait jamais un service de changement d'huile a vie, vous vous mettez à leur merci! More
