Bought my jeep 2020 brand new. On delivery, one of passenger seat seatbelt buckle is broken. I called the agent and manager, it took them 3weeks to replace. Mat is also missing. I requested for all seasons mat, they gave me winter mat. I asked them for a winter tire when I had a deal, they keep on saying we will give discount but did not accomodate me when I got the jeep. I ended buying my tires somewhere else. After a month I noticed the hydrolic of my back window is broken. I called them on december, they fix on march but ended up broken again in a week. I took me 3 visits before they fixed. I also filed a complaint but no resolutions/calls/ talk from anyone. This summer, I put my soft top, it doesnt fit well, i called for appt, they told me to call the next day (saturday) for booking as they do not get booking on friday. When I called on saturday, they were closed. I sent an email, left a VM and chatted on their facebook acct, asking for a process of complaint and a manager, they just said someone will call me. No one called until today. Since it rained and my softop is not closing, water leaked and wet the inside of my jeep. I want to return the jeep but no one entertains me. When They delivered the jeep, noone even taught me how the jeep works, its features and its advantages. After sales, noone cared More
