Perfect service ! nothing bad too say . Jai Kakkar and the team was awsome with me. I dont speak english well because im french but that was not a problem with them .they were very kind with em and able t the team was awsome with me. Very dissatisfied with their service. I had a 07:30 AM appointment for service. Drove there on a cold winter day, they told me sorry the part is not in, sent me home with nothing. Then service manager c appointment for service. Drove there on a cold winter day, they told me sorry the part is not in, sent me home with nothing. Then service manager called me to say good news the part is in, so 4 days later I went back again 07:30 AM. They told me AGAIN the part is not in, I went home again with nothing. I am not going back there, I will find another dealer. I would not recommend Southbank Dodge. More

I’m honestly great full I decided to go with southbank dodge. The financial expert Clayton gave me solid advice on building credit and made sure to get me in the vehicle I wanted at a price that suited m dodge. I left because felt like I was an inconvenience. Also need a wiper arm for my truck they didn’t have one. Said they could get one next day. I left and going to get the work done within an hour at a competitors dealership. They will be my go to in the future. More
