I have been a loyal customer to this dealership where I bought my eco diesel ram 1500 7 years ago. just recently I scheduled an appointment to have my block heater cable replaced (second time this has happ bought my eco diesel ram 1500 7 years ago. just recently I scheduled an appointment to have my block heater cable replaced (second time this has happened), left my vehicle the night before. only to have a service representative call me to say they don't have the part, and can't get it for a month? during the winter my truck can freeze over if not heated on cold nights, they didn't offer any solution, loaner vehicle or conditioned storage while we wait. worst of all this is now the third time I make an appointment and they either didn't have the part confirmed for the work or they couldn't finalize the repair and didn't let me know. so when I arrive to pick up the vehicle its not ready, or I Brough it in for no repair, only to have to schedule for another day. what an inconvenience, as I use my truck for work, and I live an hour away, so each lost schedule represents at minimum 2 hours lost time for me. Needless to say I will not be going back to this dealership ever. More
