I had previously been to another Valley Dodge/Chrysler dealership and was so frustrated with the numbers game and being pushed into a brand new van instead of the used one I came to see. Brandon answered my questions on the phone and had the van ready for us to see the next day when we came in. He is the most straight forward, no pressure, relaxed salesman I have ever dealt with. Charbel also worked very hard to get us the best possible deal. I'm so happy I made the trip to the city to buy my Chrysler Town and Country, and I will be back to service. More

When we picked the van up, Rebecca was there to smooth the way and even helped us with the programming of the navigation system. We've been driving the van for a week now and couldn't be happier with it. We will definitely be back for ongoing maintenance and a trade-in later when the time comes. More
