I bought the car the next day, and my whole family loves it. We`ve already taken it on a family road trip. He helped my in my search, and did research on the car I wanted, to help me make an educated decision. I felt I could trust his advice and guidance along the way. MIke also put me in touch with Paul who helped in making the financing part of the deal go very smoothly. He also helped me choose the best warranty package for me, for peace of mind driving. If you want to deal with people you can really trust, I highly recommend MIke Thomas, and Paul Curry. They will take very professional care of you, from start to finish of your transaction. On a side note that after I left the dealership, I went to my telephone service provider to update my phone. It took me 4 times as long, and still I left with a loaner phone. We were very comfortable working with Mike, never feeling any pressure to make rushed decisions. I give 4 stars to the dealership because on our first meeting (with a different rep), we were told things about hybrid pacifica that turned out to be incorrect (what features are in which trim level). Moreover, there is no separate brochure about pacifica hybrid - this is probably a complain to Chrysler than to the dealership. Anyhow, the sales guys should know well what they are selling, or at least know what they don't know. Mike was very open with us, if there were things he didn't know he would go and check. More

Rebecca greeted us upon arrival and was extremely helpful in finding us a vehicle from her inventory that suited our specific list of "must-haves." We test drove a Caravan she chose for us and were immediately impressed with it (we had been to other dealerships where the used inventory was, quite frankly, junk.) Southbank had many nice vehicles which were priced, in my opinion, very reasonably. Rebecca was a wonderful sales associate and did not pressure us or try to make us take anything we didn't need. In fact, she was very easy-going and patient, which made a normally-stressful experience very smooth. She was also very accommodating during the negotiation process. My husband and I left the dealership feeling good about our purchase and we are very pleased with our new family van.
