Mike not only educated me as to the opportunities that exist under the fleet banner, but really went to bat for my business to make sure we got the best deal on the vehicle we needed...in this case a Dodge ProMaster 3500 high top. There was no better deal to be had anywhere...by a long shot. Putting aside the fact that I got the deal I wanted, Mike is in all honesty a truly genuine person with a great sense of humour. And while I'm gushing here I'll give a shout out to Paul Curry on the finance side of things as well. Good teamwork! More

Stan Nobel found me wandering the used car lot as I was waiting for my other vehicle to be serviced. He asked pointed questions and showed me a few vehicles which would serve my purpose and within a set price range. I was not actually prepared to buy a vehicle and Stan, a wonderful salesman, did not push me into making a decision. It was actually weeks later that I changed my mind. Stan and the team worked with the banks to obtain the best price and interest rate. I am very happy with my Jeep Cherokee Sport. Thank you. More

Not honouring an agreement and trying to change a deal after it has been reached is bad business. This is my second bad experience at Southbank. More
