The whole experience was extremely pleasant. I was apprehensive about buying a Jeep for some reason, possibly because of my age. In any case, I was in good hands with Toren Belair. We talked about dogs, which was the number-one reason I wanted a Jeep in the first place. Anyway, long story short, I felt comfortable again when he took me for a test drive. The whole process became easier and easier. The Jeep I wanted was found within a week. Moe was very competent with the financing issues. I may have felt a tiny bit pressured about getting the oil-change package, which I was not remotely interested in. My priorities were 1) rust-proofing and 2) winter tires and rims. You should also think about promoting your affiliation with Weathertech a little more. That is infinitely more interesting than those oil changes. That being said, I will certainly recommend all of you to all my dog friends once they see my new Jeep. Thank you Sylvie Lambert More

With the intervention of Madeleine, Peter got to work immediately on activating the key. I was in and out within 20 minutes. No better customer service than this. Thank you Peter and Madeleine. More

It took a day of questioning and searching but they did locate them for pick up as part of my purchase. No available appointments to get them installed so I had to cal jiffy lube! More

The worst I've ever known Since i bought my van last June its the second time i went there to maintain my van. Ive been waiting forever and ever. 3 hours waiting to change engi Since i bought my van last June its the second time i went there to maintain my van. Ive been waiting forever and ever. 3 hours waiting to change engine oil and filter and install my winter tires already on rims on my car. The lady who was there told me i was due for brake service and engine filter to ehance power. I told her im surprised i just bought my van in june at 16000 km and now im at 22000 km im due already while it was already done at the time it was sold to me. After going back to see the technician she came back to me and told me im good for the brake for now and for the filter she can make it 50$ instead of 151$. The only thing i can see in there is whether the brake service was not done before at time being sold to me as said or they just want my money! Now i did not refuse the brake service as she told me im good. She was embarassed and suddenly did not know what to say. When i checked the paper home i see customer declined brake service. Honestly they are liers and thieves. Im not going back there again. Im changing to another FIA dealership in order to keep my guarantees. More

UBER transfer: GAME CHANGER The service and expertise have always been very good at Southbank. But frankly no one has the time for milk-run shuttles. We have to be at work The service and expertise have always been very good at Southbank. But frankly no one has the time for milk-run shuttles. We have to be at work on time, and be home on time for our family. This recent winter tire swap was going to be our last. The techs are too busy for a 30-minute tire swaps, but we’re too busy to shuttle or sit in the waiting room for hours on end. Lube shops are capitalizing on this paradigm. UBER!!! Whoever came up with the Uber transfer deserves a fat bonus and a free trip somewhere warm. Cheap? No. So work it into the pricing. Bury it. The peace of mind knowing we’re not stuck I in a waiting room pointlessly is GOLD. WELL DONE SOUTHBANK! Props to Dan and Madeleine for keeping us on schedule. Happy customers. More
