From my sales representative, to dealing with the finances, all the way to regular maintenance, I’ve never had a bad Bought my car here back in 2017. From my sales representative, to dealing with the finances, all the way to regular maintenance, I’ve never had a bad experience when dealing with Dustin, Dan and Madeleine. They provide the knowledge and leave me at ease knowing that my vehicle will be well taken care of. Between their knowledge and their experience, their abilities to demonstrate high levels of customer care is displayed in their work ethic. From first calling and speaking with Madeleine who offered from great advise, to dealing with Dustin and Dan to update me through constant communication Team is excellent here. Although I live in the East end of Ottawa, I would still make it all the way out to Southbank Dodge to bring my vehicle to get it serviced. I recently dealt with Dustin and Madeleine during my last visit and I have nothing but good things to say about their performance and their level of care. Dustin is extremely professional and I have never had any issues with him since he first started being my adviser. Dan has always been someone i can turn to whenever I have had difficulties with my vehicle and I have never been let down.
