Used Vehicle Purchase from a distance I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hasan at Southbank. I found the listing on Autotrader and though the purchase was for a Subaru, not their mai I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hasan at Southbank. I found the listing on Autotrader and though the purchase was for a Subaru, not their main vehicle type, Hasan was very knowledgeable about the car. As I don't live in Ottawa I was a bit leary of purchasing a vehicle remotely but Hasan made the experience very easy and was very prompt at answering all of my questions. When I arrived in Ottawa to pick up my new car the transition was seamless. They had everything ready to go and I was able to drive back to Kingston that same day. More

Getting a good deal is all about the math, and getting it right can save one thousands of dollars. Southbank and Brian Valta were very professional in the negotiation process. It was all about the math for them as well, and they didn't use pressure tactics to throw you off course. As long as everyone understood the math, and we did, it was easy. But Southbank went the extra mile. Even with all the preparation I did before walking into the dealership, the pressure of making decisions worth tens of thousands of dollars got to me, and I made a mistake. I ended up choosing a car that I was unhappy with the next day. I contacted Southbank the very next morning, and they allowed me to change the deal to a completely different vehicle with no questions asked. They gave me the same math on the new deal and they worked with me until I had the vehicle I really wanted. Working with someone that cares about you as much as their profit is truly an outstanding experience. Thank you Soutbank and Brian. More

Amazing service and accommodating knowledgeable staff .. I purchased a car and traded a Jeep over the phone with Jenna from St Marys Ont.. Worst car service ever! I had my car serviced a month ago for peace of mind and to change the front right pressure sensor. When I got my car back, both front tire pressure se I had my car serviced a month ago for peace of mind and to change the front right pressure sensor. When I got my car back, both front tire pressure sensors were broken ( showing warning on the dashboard ). Oil change indicator was still showing warning even though oil was changed, Next oil change due was not updated. ( Not sure if they have actualIy changed the oil or not ), I was told that the it is normal and the warning indicator will go away in a week or so. I drove the car for 3 weeks and the warning light from the dashboard did not go away so I called the service centre regarding this problem and Dan ( one of rep ) asked me to drop by on Saturday morning. I went there they Dan told me that they have adjusted the tire torque and indicator will go away in a week or so. Again after driving the car for a week, I called Dan again and he asked me to come during the weekday and drop off the car because the mechanic who deals with car electronic does not work on weekend.( then why was I asked to come early morning on Saturday )/ Finally, when I picked up the warning went away. BUT now when I drive the car on the highway, the steering starts to shake, when I make the turn the front tires makes a clucking noise. I had the worst experience with Southbank Dodge, after every service I'm seeing a new issue with the car. I would really appreciate if you take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you. More
