He explained all my options for add ons and how the trade in works. Etc. He got me an amazing interest rate and good payment plan. Both Ivan and mike kept in touch with me through the entire process and were eager to assist me with calling my insurance and faxing info etc. They both did an amazing job and I truly am happy with Jeep.
