I brought my new Kia Sportage Hybrid in for a vehicle inspection due to a shimmy in the vehicle especially on smooth pavement. They did a full inspection of the suspension system and discovered that th inspection due to a shimmy in the vehicle especially on smooth pavement. They did a full inspection of the suspension system and discovered that the wheels were out of balance. This was rectified and the SUV now has a very smooth ride. They also did a full inspection on the rest of the car and gave a written report for my records. The SUV was ready on time as promised and included a complementary cleaning of the interior as well. This is not the dealership I bought the SUV from but it will be the dealership that I will get my service from now on. More

Customer service is usually on par. I just wish they would put my interior settings back the way they were. Ex: the temperature/headlight switch. I also had booked a balancing service online, with my tire swap, but they didn't actually do it, they said it wasn't booked in, but when I called to confirm, the Receptionist I talked to gave me the price and everything for the full services.. So there seems to be a lack of communication with the company Sometimes. I have had this happen before. Where they did a service that I didn't ask for and i had to talk to the manager about not being charged for it. More

Buyer beware. South Trail Kia is only interested in selling you a vehicle; once they have your money their customer service goes downhill and staff do not appear t South Trail Kia is only interested in selling you a vehicle; once they have your money their customer service goes downhill and staff do not appear to be interested in communicating with you anymore. I'm trying to resolve two issues with my Kia, including a recall, and have not had any success getting a helpful response from them. My concerns with my Kia aren't major right now, but I cannot imagine having to deal with this type of customer service for a serious issue. I bought a new Sportage HEV from South Trail Kia in Nov 2025. I had a great experience with the sales team and it was easy to get answers to my questions and finalize the purchase. However, six months later, I have had two recent issues come up and I feel as though I am being intentionally ignored for both. I bought a dashcam from South Trail Kia and had them install it. The SD card suddenly stopped working within the warranty period. On April 25, 2026 , I sent an email to the parts manager who had arranged the installation back in January. He responded two days later saying he would reach out to his rep and then advise me on next steps. I followed up again on May 4th, May 15th and a voicemail on May 25 but haven’t received a response from him. I received a recall letter from Kia affecting my vehicle. There was an issue with completing the recall update over the air, and on May 19th I sent an email to another staff member to inquire about who the right person to contact would be. I have not received a response to this email either. This poor standard of customer service is not limited to one person at South Trail Kia, it shows a pattern of disregard for their customers. More
