These guys must teach the course on how to become a shady sketchy used car salesman! My daughter bought a used vehicle here and it was promise after promise after promise followed by lie after lie after lie sketchy used car salesman! My daughter bought a used vehicle here and it was promise after promise after promise followed by lie after lie after lie . Starting with being told that your bill of sale included gst then when picking up “oops no it didn’t” so expect to pay 5% more upon pick up and then be called a liar . Also on bill of sale “full tank of gas “ to be given it with 1/4 tank then get told “we don’t fill used cars “ oh but it says here FULL TANK ?!?! Then it was going to be detailed , that was a joke , garbage under the seats , Kleenex etc , oh let’s not forget to mention it will be ready Friday , but then had to wait an extra week because it was not ready Friday . Go to pick it up and guess what ? We forgot to do an out of province inspection come back tomorrow. Ok great can we get the spare set of keys ? Told “ our salesman took the spare set home we will mail them to you “ phone a week later “we don’t provide spare sets of keys “ I have never dealt with such an unprofessional circus of a company these guys are a complete joke and I have no idea how they stay in business. Oh and on that note wearing a mask properly does not pertain to them , it is worn on their chin which just helps their cheesy salesman persona ! You rush home and shower you feel so dirty and violated after dealing with these guys. Special shout out to Jason used car manager who then hides in his office and can’t come to the finance office to call you a liar to your face ! Buyer beware at this place . You’ve been warned . More

Think when you spend over $20,000 a full tank would be a nice touch. More
Three yearss to find a problem with my Sorrento The long and short of it is that I had an issue with my 2014 Sorrento 3.3l. A miss on cylinder 5. Diagnosed in 2017 ! After much spending the problem The long and short of it is that I had an issue with my 2014 Sorrento 3.3l. A miss on cylinder 5. Diagnosed in 2017 ! After much spending the problem had not been resolved.The problem has finally been resolved by the replacement of an ignition coil. But it took 3 YEARS and much annoying by me to get there.Their service advisors and mechanics are focused on resolution. Their boss is focused on deflection. Other reviews are not kind on this subject. It is tough when you are bullied by the extremely rude service manager. More

Sales Team That Wastes Your Time & Takes You For Granted The Sales Manager reached out to us about a year ago claiming our 2016 Kia Hybrid was in high demand,... That they had a buyer, and offered us an appr The Sales Manager reached out to us about a year ago claiming our 2016 Kia Hybrid was in high demand,... That they had a buyer, and offered us an appraisal. We went in to the dealership to see the legitimacy of the offer. While they did the appraisal we used the time to look around and of course the sales team worked on moving us into a new KIA. Our current KIA was a fully loaded vehicle. Once they thought they might secure another sale from us, only then did they came back to us with an offer on our current KIA Hybrid. Of course the offer was far less than what we had left owing on the vehicle, so the claim that our vehicle was in such high demand and that they had an interested buyer was very suspect. The service manager claimed he had no idea that our vehicle was fully loaded and that was not the vehicle they were looking for,, so they could not offer us more. Once again, a suspect statement. We bought the vehicle from them directly, and they had full knowledge of what we had. We were straight with the Sales Manager that we were not impressed with him wasting our time and his xx to try to get a new sale. We advised him, at that time, to not contact us again in the future. One word comes to mind.... SLIMY! A perfect example of why sales people get a bad name. Now, one year later, we received a scripted phone call from the same dealership and exact same spiel. I returned their call and advised the salesman that I will make it my mission to not recommend KIA i n the future, especially this dealership, based on our experience and to please put us on their *Do not call list*. I also have no intention of buying another KIA in the future. The taste in my mouth is very bitter. Instead of trying to get a sale, this dealership needs to work on their customer service. They should call and ask how things are going and if there is anything they can do anything for their customers. How about a free oil change or even a discount on an oil change? Why not be more competitive with oil changes. A free update or discount of guidance software might be a suggestion. These are some things that would get their customers back in the door, and possible future sales. Bloody dealerships take their clients business for granted and do nothing for them once they have a sale. If I want no service for my hard earned money I will buy *used* privately. Something I do more often than not, because of experiences like this. More
