Don’t buy used!! Get 2nd Independent Inspection!! Travelled 10 hours out of province, Round trip in dead of winter, To trade in peach for write off. Bought used vehicle with un-reported, un-disclose Travelled 10 hours out of province, Round trip in dead of winter, To trade in peach for write off. Bought used vehicle with un-reported, un-disclosed $7,000 front end collision/structural damage! The grill was broken in 7 places @ Dealership, and these frame/air bag issues would have been caught during a legitimate inspection. Car had features it was advertised with: then removed. Oil wasn’t changed in over 10,000kms further leading person to speculate it wasn’t inspected. And when I specifically contacted dealership to discuss what I’d found before posting any negative feedback, some person I’d never heard of before (T Mitchell) tried to pass buck, call me liar!! And say that the car left fine. Excuse my 100 photos of it “ON LOT” damaged prior to sale. Someone changed out the original front bumper, trying to conceal all this damage. Wether that was the previous owner, or dealership, is entirely irrelevant to me!!! I bought it this way!!! I’ve been scammed!!! There’s metal schratnel loose inside airbag among multiple other issues!! $7k damages included!! My children’s life’s are not for sale!! My kids lives are not worth your profits!! You could have un-intentionally killed my family!! As if I was to get in accident. The vehicle you sold me would not have saved us with bent frame!! And steel/broken loose inside the airbags!!! Shame. Unbelievable. Something out of movie!! Pinch me, I must be dreaming!! Don’t take being called liar lightly!! I’m one of the most honest/loyal individuals you will ever have pleasure to meet. Single father of 2 girls in BC with no vehicle!! And no answers!! More

Bought a 2018 Limited Tungsten and could not get the Uconnect remote service to work, the service department finally got it to work after 7 frustrating months but it quit again 3 weeks later. I made no secret that if I didn’t get what I paid for, I would like a truck that does work and expect a good will deal. The numbers were insulting, offering me well below black book value on the truck with only 8500 km on it!! And the “discount “ on the new vehicle was not what I was expecting at all. I have purchased 3 vehicles here, but never again. Went to another dealership and within an hour made a deal that was exactly what I was expecting from STC I like the service dept. But I will never buy another vehicle from here again. To be clear, the service department and specifically Phil and Jen have always been fantastic to deal with! More

Awful This place is garbage. High pressure, aggressive and dishonest sales. Once your vehicle is purchased they don’t care. I haven’t even had my car a year This place is garbage. I haven’t even had my car a year and the radio/blue tooth no longer works (not covered under warranty) and my car has started randomly shutting off while driving leaving me unable to control my car. The steer or breaks lock up which is very scary. I have brought it in multiple times and they keep telling me nothing is wrong. But it keeps doing it. It’s so dangerous and frustrating and their lack of concern or willingness to help is infuriating. I would never buy a car from this place again or recommend them to anyone. More
