He didn't try to upsell us into a payment that wasn't affordable in an attempt to up his commission, which we have experienced when buying a vehicle at another dealership in the past. Aman, the sales advisor, was extra courteous and even picked me up from the airport (as I flew from Vancouver); while Rob, the financial manager, made the paperwork formality a real breeze. The car was all shiny and ready for pick up upon my arrival, and a half an hour later I was on my way back to Vancouver. The drive back home in my new car, by the way, was magnificent. More

The transaction went very smoothly and I was very happy with Mike's knowled I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Mike at SouthPointe Toyota. The transaction went very smoothly and I was very happy with Mike's knowledge of the product. During negotiations, Mike worked hard for us trying to get us a good deal on the car. Due to allocation issues with Toyota Canada, our car took longer than exected to arrive. Mike worked hard to get an updated delivery date. When we sought explaination of the delay, Mike quickly worked with Dan Collard to help us understand what was holding our car up. I am very happy with the work Mike has done for us and hopes e continues the good work with the preparation and delivery of the vehicle. THANKS. More

I was extremely happy that I chose Mike and the South Pointe dealership. I've been to other dealership and none were able to be give me anywhere close to the customer service I got here. Mike answered every question I had and demonstrated the patience necessary to develop a relationship with a customer. He was more interested in making sure I was satisfied and comfortable with my decision than just making a fast buck. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mike especially to anyone who is considering purchasing a car. More
Way too pushy Went in one evening to take a quick look at the Scion XBs. We ended up being sat down for about half an hour while the sales person showed us the Scio Went in one evening to take a quick look at the Scion XBs. We ended up being sat down for about half an hour while the sales person showed us the Scion website and complained how his computer was not powerful enough to run it. He told us to go home, go on the website and price it out ourselves. Which we obviously had done already, it's 2014, you think I didn't look at the cars on the website before I came in? He also took down our information and told us he would call us and set up a test drive. (We told him we weren't interested in a test drive that night as we had literally just planned on looking at them.) He called us the next day on my boyfriends cell phone number we provided him and left a message. Called us three additional times within the span of a week. All calls which we did not return. Somehow the following week he got a hold of my mom's private unlisted cellphone number and called her, someone who had absolutely nothing to do with visiting the dealership, nor has ever been into the dealership let alone owned a Toyota. This was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Needless to say, we will not be returning for a test drive. Should we even consider a Scion, we will go out of our way to another dealership. After receiving the phone call to my moms cell and pretty much telling the guy where he could shove it. We received a marketing mailer to our house addressed to a combination of our first and last names, way to go South Pointe. More
