Hi Todd, I am feeling very sorry I purchased a vehicle from your dealership. I purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited 2015 [Jade Aluminum] , a couple of months back form you guys., for that I traded in my corolla S 2014 with very less km on it. I purchased the vehicle during your Midnight Madness and for that I was told I would receive 1000 dollars in gas card and Aeroplan Miles. but when I talked to Cori Fudge he said as they have discounted the rate they would only give me 100 dollars in gas card to which I said ok, but he said I would get the Aeroplan miles to which I received nothing till now. The day I looked at the vehicle I put down 500 dollars as deposit which was said I will be refunded when I purchased the vehicle but i never got the refund. I have come down to your showroom every month since I purchased the vehicle [i.e. more than 6 _7 times] till last week for the cheque, and Aeroplan and every time I meet Cori Fudge during my visit there but every time he will say " I will look into the matter and send the cheque to you so you don't have to come here for that" but nothing happened till this moment. But the worst thing is when I called Cori Fudge last week he said " you will not get that deposit money of 500 dollars as they put it into the deal. even he said I won’t receive the Aeroplan miles as now he says that because I purchased a demo vehicle which is not eligible. Now After a waiting for more than 4 months Cori Fudge tells me all this in a voice mail and said talk to my sales advisor Dave M in case of doubt who I called the very same day that’s was last week, now the best thing is Dave M says he knows I paid 500 dollars as deposit and the money is usually refunded but in this case he does not know what happened and said only Cori Fudge will know about it , so I ask him please talk to Cori and tell me as to which he said he would and he also said he would even send Cori an email regarding this....but nothing happened I kept on calling Dave M to which he gave the same reply every time " Cori dint get back to him even no respond to the email he had send to Cori and Cori is always busy and always with a customer" now getting tired off calling Dave and Cori I talked to the receptionist I think her name is Keiton who took all my detail when I explained to her about this and she tried to patch me to you but as I am unlucky I never get to you so she says she will send you an email regarding this and you will get in contact but that too nothing happened this was last week. It was 2 times last week I am giving my details to the receptionist who tells me you will call me...but still no use or any kind of support. Now as of what Cori Fudge was saying that he will not refund the money I don't know as It was never part of any deal neither said discussed or signed as to putting my 500 dollars into the deal. the said deal was “0 down” as it was a trade in and I really made it clear and to which Cori Fudge agreed. now he is changing everything. I am really feeling sorry this is happening to me. I work at the Remand center where I’m really busy and I have to take off every time I have to come down to your dealership as it’s a very long drive. I only took this vehicle as my wife is pregnant with a baby due in December so we need a bigger vehicle as to now I think was a very bad idea particular buying it from this dealership. So please Todd I am personally asking you a favor please deal with this problem and give me back my deposit.
