Buying toyota Tundra I have talked to a sales person there and was amazing. But they are very inconsistent with the time line they are giving. Thay also make so much excus I have talked to a sales person there and was amazing. But they are very inconsistent with the time line they are giving. Thay also make so much excuses for the delay. I have dealt with Ronan Cokar the finance director who handled the financial side of me buying the Tundra. I have the worst ever experience with him. I will never want to deal with him again. He does not acknowledge you when he sees you in the dealership, never returns my calls, you will never feel that he values your bisiness with them. He was late when he was suppose to be in the office by 1pm. He does not care if you have kids with you if he cannot do it he will say the he cannot do it no matter what. You will not even see that he tried other options. More

I only have 35,000 km on vehicle and purchased with Met with Connie Nachef to discuss appraising my 2012 Highlander and possibly putchase new vehicle. I only have 35,000 km on vehicle and purchased with cash. While impressed with new vehicles and shocked at cost, I decided there was no sense in spending the additional $$ to get new vehicle.
