She is extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and always accomodates all my needs during my Jeep service visit. Jeanie is truly an asset that Lockwood Chrysler could ill afford to lose period. If there were a definition for " Service Advisor " in Websters dictionary, it show the name of " Jeanie Gervais ". This was just one of a great many visits to the Service Department at Lockwood, and as always the experience was great!! I live in Brampton and keep coming back to Lockwood because of the great prices, wonderful sales staff, and the great work done by the Service staff. It is a great feeling to walk in and everyone knows you by name and I know I can completely trust my vehicle in their hands. I rely on them for their advice and for the great work they do. When I got my latest vehicle Richard Kovacs was the sales person who worked with me to find the right fit for me. He was great to work with, showed me all of the different facets of the car and welcomes me to contact him anytime if I have questions. And the price was unbeatable!! Jeanie, Al, Jon and Jocelyn in the Service department are certainly the best in the business. I've dealt with other Service departments at other dealerships and certainly did not come away with the same comfort level.
