He made the whole process completely painless, he knew that we might not buy the car (2015 Golf), but he still took the time to make sure that we were taken care of. Rob even took additional steps for me to view the car fully from BC via a very thorough video. My car was fully inspected, timing belt and brakes were done and it was all in tip top shape for a trip across BC. Thank you to the technicians Mike and Nam. I hear Nam has been with this dealer for 26 years!! This shows the place is a good place to shop if the staff actually stay. My car got inspected in BC and they could not believe what great shape the car was in when I got it from Rob.
