He made it very easy for me to purchase my new golf. Although I signed a protection package that I decide I didn't want after, he was willing to help me out. Great customer service was what sold me this new Golf over other dealer. Trevor came to greet me as soon as I walked in. Unlike other two VW dealership in Calgary, which they did not even bother greet me and looked at me like it was some mid's 20 kid who can't afford new car. ( was ignored at least for 30 minutes ) had to ask for salesman on a quiet day and still had to wait . Emma the delivery specialist was very helpful explained what I needed to know Other hands I was slightly disappointed about finance department. Felted like was a little pushy on my decision about finance or cash out. And high-pressure up sell on some aftermarket product .. More

I wasn't sure what I was going to purchase and I went to several dealerships looking for a replacement, basically just looking for the best deal I could find. I stopped in at South Centre on my way home from work just see what they had. It was hands-down the best vehicle shopping experience I've ever had. Brad was very knowledgable and there was no pressure whatsoever. He listened to what I wanted and showed me some options. I was looking at the CC in the showroom and Tyler the GM mentioned he was driving a demo cc, which if I liked, they would be able to give me a great deal. The car was perfect for what I was looking for and within 10 minutes they had worked out an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up. Every other dealership, regardless of brand, had me sitting there for an hour or more before even showing me their first attempt at a "real price". Long story short, I love my new CC but the only reason I even bought it was because of how I was treated at South Centre and the amazing deal they gave me (with really no haggling on my part). I've had VW's in the past and I think I'm converted back. I will definitely go to South Centre for my next vehicle and after my experience, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a VW (or like me, not sure what vehicle they want to buy). Also dealing with the financing through them was a breeze and very accommodating. More

Brad helped me narrow down the best option within my budget and was genuinely the friendliest car salesman that I have ever even heard of. Then Darren and Justin took over and made the financing experience the most pleasant ever calling Volkswagen credit back at least half a dozen times to work out the best deal just the way that I wanted it.
