My daughter was looking to purchase her first new car, and we were introduced to Jack. The moment we met Jack, we knew this was the place to buy a car! He was courteous, professional, and above all, made my daughter aware of all aspects of the purchase, and made sure she understood everything. Other dealers directed all information to me (Mom) instead of my daughter who was the purchaser. Jack played no games, and made sure her budget was always top priority. My daughter purchased her first new car.....a 2015 Jetta TDI and this experience could not have been better!! Thanks to Jack and all the employees at South Center for making this first time purchase I very pleasurable experience. P.S. Stellar customer care We just purchased our 2nd Eos from SCV. This is the first time we have ever repeated type of vehicle and dealership, in 35 years of buying vehicles. We just purchased our 2nd Eos from SCV. This is the first time we have ever repeated type of vehicle and dealership, in 35 years of buying vehicles. Why? such great service in the sales, finance and service centres. Jack and Wilson for helping us find and get our beautiful new Eos, maybe the last to come here. Justin for working out the financing and protection packages. To the service department, even though we had some electrical issues and frustration with our first Eos, you all dealt with us with us professionally and patiently. Thank-you, that is why we came back and will remain. Besides just loving our convertable and the way VW drives. More

We had decided to keep our eyes peeled for a gently used Audi for I had a wonderful first-time buying experience with Rob at South Centre Volkswagen. We had decided to keep our eyes peeled for a gently used Audi for purchase within the next year, and happened to find one much earlier than expected. I was initially nervous and hesitant, but Rob answered every question and helped me in every way to "get my ducks lined up". He went above and beyond in all aspects, including tracking down an Audi windshield wiper (and personally driving to pick it up) so I would be able to take the car on the same day. I will recommend him not only to people looking for a new Volkswagen, but also to people looking for a quality used car. Thank you for a great experience! More

Happy Jetta Driver My wife and I decided to start shopping for a second car one Saturday and Southcentre was the first place we stopped. We were promptly greeted by Alex Strid when we entered. He was very thorough in helping us narrow down what to look at in the preowned selection. He showed us a few cars on the lot, and then took us for a test drive in our favourite (the 2014 Jetta Comfortline 2.0 that we ended up buying). He was very knowledgeable and felt very trustworthy when talking about the cars. We did not feel he was trying to "sell" us at all, just wanted to show us the product and let it speak for itself. We appreciated his low-pressure approach as we are not the type of shoppers to make a big purchase without sleeping on it. After shopping at other dealerships the rest of the day, we knew that not only was that Jetta the car for us, but we wanted to give our business to Alex. He was very attentive throughout the process and kept in touch without being pushy. He went above and beyond to accommodate our copious requests for information about the vehicle and came in on his day off twice to get the deal done. He has also kept in touch since the sale, checking in to make sure the car is working out well for us and that we don't have any further questions. Everyone we dealt with at Southcentre was great, including the financing guys Darren and Justin. Overall, very happy with the car and with the service provided. More

Finding my GLI I had a very good experience with South Centre Volkswagen and Rob Ward.
