I like it at Signature Mazda where your scheduled appointment time may be 9.30am, and your car does not sit idle for 2 hours before a mechanic starts work on your car. This happens at Richmond Honda and its for this reason that I no longer take my Honda in to them for any sort of servicing. A simple service there will take almost the entire day because they are unable to properly schedule their mechanics to the number of customers in a given day. Peter More

Stop Button Problem For weeks we had difficulty after stopping the car. The engine was off but the aux light on the button came on and beeping was heard when we opened t For weeks we had difficulty after stopping the car. The engine was off but the aux light on the button came on and beeping was heard when we opened the door plus we couldn't lock the car. One night we couldn't stop the light and the battery died. We had to shift gears, stop/start many times before the light went off. Yesterday afternoon I called to try and get an appt. I was told to bring the car in overnight and the service dept would look at it today. WELL, when we arrived, Arash heard about the problem, went out with us to look at it, knew the problem, they had the part and fixed the problem within an hour. My wife and I were very, very pleased. Our thanks to Arash and his service staff for the prompt serve! More

Standard good service Service was quite standard good. The shuttle driver and service was great. Time frame for service was good. there were no call outs for things That weren’t good. But I do have a recommendation to get an excellent. I have a family member in the same line of work. This person tells me how he gets some guests who are financially strained but need a service. He does what he can to help them out. Which I don’t believe it was my advisors fault for not going to this extra step. I believe it is either Mazda’s culture or this locations. It would be excellent to go to an extra step to just offer some offerings to help ease a guest who’s tight on the finances. More
