Signature Mazda

As I have always taken my Mazda 3 to Mazda for service but the last two times it has taken a lot longer to finish the service requested. This is time it was to be 1 1/2 to 2 hours and it was around 2 1/2 but the last two times it has taken a lot longer to finish the service requested. This is time it was to be 1 1/2 to 2 hours and it was around 2 1/2 hours even though I had cancelled some of the work like tire rotation. When I inquired about when my vehicle was going to be ready the service person looked at another station and found the paper work and it was completed. No apology on forgetting about my car and not taking my time into consideration. I need to purchase this coming year a new vehicle and I was going to purchase it from Signature but now I will have to revisit my decision as I have doubts now about the care of service. More
