First time I brought my car in for service when I was the only person getting their car serviced. Arrived at 7:20 am before your service department opened at 7:30 and Corinne Stadel invited me in, took my k only person getting their car serviced. Very happy to see a waiting area outside where I could sit rather than the waiting room inside. My car went into garage at 7:43 am and I was surprised when it was ready at 8:28 am. Corinne explained that because I was the only car in for servicing this morning, a group of 3 or 4 mechanics worked on my car at the same time and it only took approximately 45 minutes even though it was a major service. The Signature Mazda service department is efficient, and they run through a detailed and printed diagnosis of what they did and why they did it.
