I had a trailer hitch installed for my bike rack but then had the issue of the car not reversing once the bike rack & bike were loaded up. Apparently the SBS-R system (smart brake system) needs to be disabl had the issue of the car not reversing once the bike rack & bike were loaded up. Apparently the SBS-R system (smart brake system) needs to be disabled in this situation. Great to know that the SBS-R system works, but want to thank Corinne (at front desk who initially came out to help me) & Arash (fixed operations manager) who was able to show me how to disable the system. Arash also spent considerable time going over other functions of the car I wasn't familiar with such as Apple Car Play - a big thank you for that!! More
