It was a great experience shopping for our new Mazda CX-5 last Saturday. We just dropped in without an appointment and Sammie was right there ready to assist us. The Sales Manager, William, was also very t last Saturday. We just dropped in without an appointment and Sammie was right there ready to assist us. The Sales Manager, William, was also very thorough and was able to provide us with a great deal. The Finance Manager, Erika, worked on our papers really fast. From the moment we booked our first appointment at Signature with Chris, we were impressed. The service provided by Corrine and Quinton upon arrival, and the communication during service, was excellen Signature with Chris, we were impressed. And, most importantly to us, we felt the entire Service Team, including the mechanics, treated our Mazda as if it were their own. That is what makes a service experience truly exceptional! If I could give 6 stars I would purely because of how incredible Centy was. After being car-less for some time, as a couple of 20-somethings we were ready to purchase a vehicle and were quite specific in incredible Centy was. We spent a month researching and going to dealerships but Signature Mazda in Richmond was hands down the best experience we had of anywhere we went to. Centy was super informative, kind, helpful and did everything in her power to ensure we walked out with our perfect car. The accommodations she made to ensure we could be 100% confident in our decision was unlike anything I ever expected. She was never pushy nor did she use any of the sleazy sales tactics that we experienced at other dealerships. Her patience and support throughout the entire process was a breath of fresh air. We have already recommended Centy to our families and I would absolutely recommend anyone go and ask for her for any of your Mazda/car needs. More
