ICBC agent (didn't catch his name, Tues Apr 27 afternoon) was excellent & I appreciated him let me go through all the plates looking for one I liked. Also, must mention how nice the young lady at the front desk was - she came out a number of times to see if I was ok while waiting for the new car to be ready (was quite a wait - everyone very busy). The lady who called me to say the car was ready was also lovely - she called a few times just to check all was going well. Thank you! More
