Quinton did a good job at keeping me informed as to servicing progress, especially with added time for warranty work. I had also made request when scheduling servicing (winter tire swap on plus annual servicing) that the car's nav system be updated. My current home address is not on the 2019 nav system (it is on newer years). Thus, I can't edit my home address. Quinton stated that can't be done at dealership, as you don't have the necessary SD card reader. Perhaps something to consider? It would have been nice to be able to have Mazda do the update. The car was there for the full day and I spent over $1,000. Tx. More

I had a trailer hitch installed for my bike rack but then had the issue of the car not reversing once the bike rack & bike were loaded up. Apparently the SBS-R system (smart brake system) needs to be disabl had the issue of the car not reversing once the bike rack & bike were loaded up. Apparently the SBS-R system (smart brake system) needs to be disabled in this situation. Great to know that the SBS-R system works, but want to thank Corinne (at front desk who initially came out to help me) & Arash (fixed operations manager) who was able to show me how to disable the system. Arash also spent considerable time going over other functions of the car I wasn't familiar with such as Apple Car Play - a big thank you for that!! More
