No one here seems to know me or remember me, although they were nice and polite. Service does not feel so personal and you get the feeling they don't erally know your car. Also the generic emails that tell me my car needs servicing tells me nothing about the actual needs of my car based on last visit. Your driver was fabulous! More

Great overall Went in for a regular $99 service for my 2014 Mazda 3, ended up being $615. Friendly staff, lots of waiting around though. It was supposed to take 2.5 hours so I waited at Mazda. Ended up being 4 - 4.5 hours. The car wash wasn't perfect; it was kind of spotty. The vacuum seemed like it was done quickly. Overall good experience. More
