Our sales agent, William Lee, was friendly and courteous. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us in any way. Abby in the Finance Department provided many options for warranties and service packages. Here again there was no pressure to purchase a product that didn’t fit our needs. Sam provided a very thorough overview of the car to complete experience. I would buy again from Signature Mazda and William Lee. More

I was inquiring for a pre owned CX5 and she was very very helpful considering she was out of office. She told me that she has already informed her team about my arrival on my said date and time and she said that Kelly will be the one to help. I arrived at the dealership at my appointment time with Kelly at 2:30. I was waiting for 45minutes for Kelly because Kelly was who Alice told me to look for when I arrive the dealership. It turned out Kelly was with another customer so Stacy was the one who approached me after following up with the reception lady the 2nd time after waiting for 30mins. I commend Stacy for helping me throughout the whole entire process of me being able to get my desired CX5. I commend her for smile, positive attitude, attentiveness, and patience. I would only like to commend Stacy and Alice for being so helpful with all my needs and wants. Thought I would like to comment on Kelly as she didn’t apologize at all nor even checked on me. A very pleasant morning at signature Mazda My service appointment ran smoothly yesterday morning. I arrived at 9am. I was home by 1pm. I new it was going to be a longer service, but from the moment I entered the door until I left Sean the service representative kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle.
