Efficient Service department staff Dropped off my car for it's annual service and was greeted right away by David. On arriving back at the dealership David once again greeted me warmly and proceeded with the necessary paperwork explaining what all the charges were for. Exceptional customer service - the reason I have been going there for 16 years now!!! More

If that isn't you, then this review will probably not be much use. Have been the prime behind two purchases from Signature Mazda in the past 6 months - once for a friend and once for my daughter. My friend was purchasing a brand new car. I found that Signature was the only dealership willing to even return my calls after I told them what I wanted to pay. My salesman was very no-nonsense and focused on how to make the deal work - and he did. Three other salespeople at other dealerships didn't follow up after my offer. For this, I take my hat off to Signature. Last week bought a 2016 CX-5 for my daughter. Creampuff of a car, 30,000 km on it, with every option offered. Wanted to drive a hard bargain, but the sales guy was pretty direct - he pointed out that this car was in such excellent shape that he was going to be able to sell it at a decent profit margin, and couldn't discount it to the level I was requesting. Very honest, very straightforward - and at the end of the day, I decided I wanted that particular car and paid more than I wanted to. But I did it with full information and a very transparent salesman... Signature took care of buffing out a couple of minor scratches in the clear coat, arranging shipping to my daughter in Calgary and a whole host of other things I requested. Very pleased with their service. More
