They have changed the process where you know drop of your key and take a seat. After a while they will call you up and then confirm paperwork and purpose of visit. Perhaps short of staff? Since it seems only one person is taking in registrations and telling customers when their car is done. More

She provided a running commentary on the features of the vehicle during our test drive. That was new for me, previously, most sales people only talked about the sound system, but Stacy covered everything and really focused on the safety features. I was very impressed.
