Alice Lee was very kind and understanding of my concern over investing so much in my vehicle just before Christmas. Apple Carplay / Android Auto Installation 1. Nov 27. 2018 - with my 2018 Mazda CX-5 only 3 days old, ran over a piece of metal which caused the front passenger tire to lose air. Brought in th 1. Nov 27. 2018 - with my 2018 Mazda CX-5 only 3 days old, ran over a piece of metal which caused the front passenger tire to lose air. Brought in the car first thing in the morning at 7:30am and Signature Mazda repaired the tire within half an hour. Luckily I had the Tire & Rim package as the repair was free. 2. Nov 30, 2018 - brough my Mazda CX-5 in to Signature Mazda to install Apple Carplay / Android Auto software as well as upgrading one of the front console USBs to a higher voltage. The Technican noticed a "cowl" on the car need to fixed/replaced and did it free of charge. Overall great service with Signature Mazda. More

Corinne, the customer contact for the service dept. acted quickly and professionally to address this situation, and upon my return from traveling, found the promised refund cheque waiting for me. I am a very satisfied long-standing Mazda customer and will continue to remain so. More
