Make-up Appointment for leftover services I had a previous appointment a week ago where I a major service and from there, one piece of the service had been forgotten, a minor headlight bulb r I had a previous appointment a week ago where I a major service and from there, one piece of the service had been forgotten, a minor headlight bulb replacement. I had given an almost perfect review then because the service was top notch and they provided me with a courtesy vehicle for the day, but with the headlight bulb being left out I had left that in my review. Not knowing if they would read it I was prepared to purchase my own bulb and replace it myself, when only a day or 2 after writing it I had been given a call from Mazda to make another appointment to bring it in and get the bulb replaced. They replaced it with no charge to me and apologized for missing it the first time, which I really appreciate. I have really enjoyed the Mazda experience ever since the inaugural year of the Mazda 3, and it seems the company continues to move forward in providing the best value to their end consumer in both their vehicles and service. More
