William and Sarah I called ahead about a previously enjoyed Subaru BRZ and spoke to William Li over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, his associate Sarah Zh I called ahead about a previously enjoyed Subaru BRZ and spoke to William Li over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, his associate Sarah Zhang was ready and waiting with demo plates ready for me to take the car out for a test drive. She was friendly and appeared to give me her honest opinions without embellishing on any facts about the car she honestly didn't know about. She led me on a lengthy test drive and wasn't at all stingy about rushing me back to the dealership. She let me really get to know the car. William was great to deal with once we got back to the dealership. He was frank and up front about the best deal he could get me on a used car, and gave me a great price on my trade in, which was a complete xxx 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I still don't know how I was able to limp that hunk of junk all the way there, where it bled out and stayed. Coolant was pouring out of the rad hoses and spreading across the parking and I didn't think I'd get any money for it that day, but William helped me out. Anyway, I was finally able to get rid of a huge thorn in my side (my Cherokee), not to mention free up space in my garage, and get my wife a shiny new/used little sports car, without having to give up one of my kidneys to organ harvesters. My main contact, Justin Kim, was great in every aspect. I was a walk-in, with no appointment. My first contact-through a very pleasant lady at the reception-was Justin. On my second visit we both agreed on a price for the trade-in and the new car. it was only afterwards that Justin put me in touch with the accounting section to complete the paperwork for a deal for cash purchase.
