A little disappointed While everyone was perfectly friendly, a few small things left me with a bad taste in my mouth after my experience here: - The fuel tank was only hal While everyone was perfectly friendly, a few small things left me with a bad taste in my mouth after my experience here: - The fuel tank was only half full upon pickup of my car. Such a small thing, but come on. - The interior was not very clean. There were grease marks on the headliner and the centre console still had spill stains from the previous owner. I really shouldn't have to vacuum and clean a newly purchased car. - They had promoted a "free certified pre-owned' program during the month of May. I assumed it was included but when I took delivery I was informed that this was not included with the lower price I had negotiated. That would have been fine if it had been mentioned during negotiating, but to bring it up when I'm picking up the car was a bit off-putting. - Another potential buyer test-drove the car before I did, and no effort was made to sanitise the vehicle. Given COVID-19, I would think this would be normal. I love my car and feel I got a good price, but the dealer experience was disappointing. More

I was dealing with William Li very pushy person, they changed me to Dominic Dinh and he lost his temper badly when I was giving him why I am not purchasing from Signature Mazda, I was giving him the feedback about all extra fees they are charging vs other they do not. $488 as a VIP Package or Document fee $100 Excise Tax $100 AC Levy $25 Tire Levy SIgnature is overcharging $713 other dealerships are not charging any of the mentioned above. In addition, they were quoting me a 2019 new car price of what a new 2020 price is. In addition, they only offered 15,000 for a trade-in value and the other is offering 18,000. This car salesman old techniques as if you buy TODAY, it needs to be improved. They need to understand better the needs of others and stop playing the game, if you come back I will match and do better of what the other dealership is giving you. (Dominic said). Why they can't give the very best they can in the first place?. They need to understand about engaging potential clients vs pushing away clients. Isn't Sales now is about trust, understanding and building respectfully better relationships? so when the client is ready to buy they gain the client naturally?.
