I was dealing with William Li very pushy person, they changed me to Dominic Dinh and he lost his temper badly when I was giving him why I am not purchasing from Signature Mazda, I was giving him the feedback about all extra fees they are charging vs other they do not. $488 as a VIP Package or Document fee $100 Excise Tax $100 AC Levy $25 Tire Levy SIgnature is overcharging $713 other dealerships are not charging any of the mentioned above. In addition, they were quoting me a 2019 new car price of what a new 2020 price is. In addition, they only offered 15,000 for a trade-in value and the other is offering 18,000. This car salesman old techniques as if you buy TODAY, it needs to be improved. They need to understand better the needs of others and stop playing the game, if you come back I will match and do better of what the other dealership is giving you. (Dominic said). Why they can't give the very best they can in the first place?. They need to understand about engaging potential clients vs pushing away clients. Isn't Sales now is about trust, understanding and building respectfully better relationships? so when the client is ready to buy they gain the client naturally?. An almost missed opportunity! I have been with Signature Mazda for 10 years as a leased customer. When my lease was going to expire that I was looking for the alternatives, meanw I have been with Signature Mazda for 10 years as a leased customer. When my lease was going to expire that I was looking for the alternatives, meanwhile still wanting to check with signature Mazda one last time to see if anything I might have missed. That day, was BC family day, I walked into the store and met Justin Kim, who got me back to Mazda with his tremendous service-oriented attitude and solid knowledge about the product. I think Justin should be the one for anyone who is not sure about what to chose. Justin makes deal process way more comfortable and easy! More

Special thanks to Dominic Dinh, Sales and Lease Consultant, who helped me greatly make the choice of what model/trim to buy based on my needs and capacities.
